My bill during period 14-06-2007 to 13-07-2007 was of 1463mb of data usage amounting rs.1716.86. On 24-07-2007 i registered a complaint in reliance customer care about this usage, complaint no (52886365), as my usage never go that much and on that month i filedcomplaints twice as the net was not connecting for 10 to 12 days. For which they told me that sever is being changing and the problem will be soved in few days. For this matter i received a call from them and they said they will send the details to me within 48 hours, dated 25-07-2007, complaint no (52933355). When the details didn’t come i called them again many times. They people keep on saying 48 hours. I have all the complaint no which they issued to me ,dated 11-08-2007(53863763), dated 20-08-2007 (709443089) , dated 29-08-2007(54673422) , dated 08-09-2007 (55186001) dated 18-09-2007(726170965) (55655356)dated 26-09-2007 (730878585) (56046077). I wanna ask the reliance will i get my refund of rs.1000 ever. Honest 836 Report post Posted October 8, 2007 ^^^ @kunal My dear friend, don't loose your hope. You will get the reversal from Reliance surely. It will take some time. But I'm sure it will be done. I too, at many times registered many complaints with Reliance, and not a single complaint of mine is pending as of now. Many times not only I got the reversals but I too got FREEBIES from Reliance, like On-net pack rentals waiver for 6 months and many more. Yes, it is true. Regards. KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted October 9, 2007 I fully agree with Honest and even I have had some freebies extended to me but all that was in the past when MDA was in charge and not after ADA took over. I guess the party is over now and no freebies are extended nowadays. Anyway, be very patient with RCL. all your wrong/over charging etc will be refunded back to you in full. However it will take time and you need to follow up with RCL on a regular basis. Send emails to them regularly. RCL in this respect is like the sarkari company which works very very slow but it works surely, unlike Airtel or Idea or Hutch (now Vodafone) All the Best, friend. Once I got the waiver for 3 months on-net rental last year and now I get the waiver for 6 months on-net rental for 6 months. I know that many members here don't believe this. But its true. Actually its upto the person who negotiate with them. If they had made a mistake in giving you proper services related to billing or their CC people has provided false / wrong information, then surely you can tell them that you are going to surrender your number. After this they not only apologies you for their mistake but also offer you FREEBIES for not surrendering the services, if you are a good customer. But remember that it is possible only when the mistake is from Reliance's side. Otherwise it is totally impossible. So, all rimwebians try your like. May be you also get some sort of Freebies. Earlier we all had wasted our precious time for calling and complaining and waiting time is also very high. You too remember those days when Reliance CC put you on wait for nearly half an hour. Know I decided not to compromise with them (all operators). I had taken many benefits from Hutch also. The recent is Rs.100/- money back offer for 12 months only against a silly mistake which was made by a Hutch shop guy. Actually Hutch shop guy given me the wrong information on some services and offers. After that I found the infomation was wrong. Than I filed the complaint and told them that I will surrender my postpaid number if the said offer was not given to me. The Relationship officer of Hutch told me that is impossible. Than I asked them to offer something else. First they offered me CLIP for 6 months, that I denied because CLIP was already free on my Hutch number for 6 months (I got this free clip 3 months back under negotiations). Then the officer told me that he can offer me money back facility of Rs.100/- for 12 months. I had also taken 3 months free CLIP service from Hutch when their NETWORK was down for full two days in the time of FLOODS IN MUMBAI. Actually all these operators had looted us a lot. You must remember the time when mobile services in India launched and we had payed them Rs.16/- per minute incoming and outgoing charges. And all this with monthly Rental of Rs.600/- at that time. Now the time has come for us, the users. We can't let them take us as granted. That's why whereever and whenever I got the chance to fight / negotiate with this Corporates, I never missed a chance.
