My dear friends, I think if the spectrum issue resolved then Reliance can come with its GSM services within 6 months.

I think reliance is not dependent on issues clearance. THey will get clearance and probably before they get clearance, they will have their network in place. It may be couple of weeks after they get clearance, to roll our commercial services atleast in select areas.

Yes,that's right.they are erecting towers and other needed infrastructure in advance,so that they can start their service as soon as they get the spectrum allocation.even others like vodaphone are also doing the same.in my place they are erecting a tower although they haven't been allocated any spectrum as yet in orissa.
