These handsets are the property of Reliance and they will replace your battery at no extra cost. Just file the complaint with Reliance that your battery is not working fine. Their Engineer will drop in the next day at your house and you will get the replacement with a brand new battery. I myself had replaced the battery two times from Reliance itself. Regards.
