Reliance Billing And Charges ...

Hi everybody out there,

I want some help to understand reliance post paid billing.

I have a scheme where i pay some 324 rs pm as monthly rental and 25 rs pm as clip charges.

I pay all bills online, but do not receive an itemised bill detailing which calls and numbers I dialled from them. The bill that I get shows only rental, voice charges, data charges, etc, as group totals but doesn't give itemised break-up which is the practice in most countries. How can I get itemised billing details?

Secondly, my bill shows something called data charges. What is this? is it fax, internet or something? I didnt use any data services except sms's, so what can this be? How can I get my money refunded on this?

My dear friend here in India you have to pay extra for Itemised Bills. If you want your call details then you have to pay some bucks extra apart of your monthly rentals and you will get the itemised bill for you outgoing calls.

And data charges are for Internet Usage. If you didn't used internet services than you must file a complaint with CC and you will get the adjustments in your next bill.

Reliance charges Rs 25 extra for detailed billing which includes details of all local and STD/ISD calls made. However no data of SMS sent is available. If you want this also, then you have to go to the nearest WW and pay Rs 50 and get the details for that particular month.

Data usage charges includes SMS charges, internet usage and RMWorld usage.

IMHO, RCL billing nowadays do not charge for anything extra. However, you may subscribe for detailed billing maybe for a few months, cross check with your usage and then un-subscribe if you feel the billing is right perfectly.

Data charges include SMS, Netconnect and R-World charges. You will get a breakup of Data usage charges on the page 3 of your bill.
