ani_meher 42 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 i think if we switch the battery to higher powered one from LG3100, it should work. Usually LG batteries are inter-changable.

kesav 127 Report post Posted October 27, 2007 (edited) Does it support R-Surf? I too have general doubt...Whether BREW based LG handsets support R-Surf? If it supports can we download Opera Mini and surf? Edited October 27, 2007 by kesav
kshah 452 Report post Posted October 28, 2007 Brew can not support opera mini. Only MIDP / java phones can.
popkorn 0 Report post Posted October 28, 2007 http://lgmobiles.com/specs/Product%20Note_RD6600.pdf The above link says, this phone doesn't have MMS & EMAIL messaging... this should be the basic in new multimedia handsets. Moreover there is no FLASHLIGHT. And how about PC-SYNC facility ? phonebook & other contents.

vensum 0 Report post Posted October 29, 2007 hey guys but pricewise if u go for lg 6250 its 7500 n 6600 its 6700 so 6600 is better..... Has anyone in bangalore bought the handset? what is the experience? i am seriously considering buying it. but i am not an expert in this field. if someone who knows things better, could just confirm that it is the good for the price and normal usage, then i can buy it off imm. and post my own exp. with the handset
kesav 127 Report post Posted October 29, 2007 Guys if this phone doesn't support R-Surf then its completely and purely waste. Its better for you to go for Motorola's k1m or L7C (both are 3G phones). My kind advice for the people who are in verge of investing more than Rs. 5000 in TATA/Reliance handsets. Please ensure the following features are available in your handset. 1)EvDO 2)Mobile Internet 3G is just 3 months away. If any of the above is not present I would rate your investment as really waste.
