rakeshmidha 0 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 Hi My mobile number is 9351550372. And I am using HUAWEI EC325 USB Data card. Using this card I was able to connect to reliance network but from last Wednesday I am getting following error “Unknown remote access error, error code is:31”. Its more than 6 days and my problem is not resolved. What should I do? I have tried everything. Uninstalling, deleting setting etc. I tried on another machine and the card worked fine. Mr_Flop 0 Report post Posted October 24, 2007 Check ur USB port voltage output If okay and other USB devices work fine on that port It may be using currupted driver files Note down the driver files used by it in device manager then uninstall and after that find the files that were used in the SYSTEM32 folder and delete from there Then reinstall it, u can try some other usb port this time if u wish See if it helps u out In any case if solved dont forget to give feedback here. leave me a personal msg if u want me to visit the thread again.
