natjay 5 Report post Posted December 18, 2007 (edited) I just noticed in today's paper -- Mumbai Mirror -- that MotoFlip W355 is being offered on Reliance (I didn't know this before). This is probably the closest to an official confirmation that the phone's part of their database -- though you don't see it on their 'Handsets' page. Availability is another issue, but given the reliability of Moto phones after Nokia, this one's an interesting buy. The retail price is Rs 3999 and it has done well on GSM. Anyone know if this is a good phone to go for on CDMA? Edited December 18, 2007 by natjay

natjay 5 Report post Posted December 25, 2007 Nice! I'm a fan of flip phones. What's the performance like on the Reliance network? Moto phones are still making the transition from GSM to CDMA. They have been popular on GSM but their performance on CDMA has still to be seen. MotoRazr started the trend. Let's see how this works out.

kalpak 0 Report post Posted December 29, 2007 This phone has design defects. Sometimes the phone does not record the missed calls. And the battery capacity is not sufficient. So I had to buy another phone, of course this time I bought of some other company. Do not buy this phone.

ani_meher 42 Report post Posted April 2, 2008 Fully agree. Even today, nothing in low price can beat the reliability of N2112.
ACS 130 Report post Posted April 2, 2008 No other good phones in this range. Nokia 2505 is dogged with Network/Signal issues. Flip is good when talking for longer time since you will not feel the heat of the battery.
