Cdma Mg880 Usb Data Modem Works On A Mac?

Hi guys, does anyone know how to configure one of the new type CDMA MG880 pen-drive style Data Modems to work on OSX?

I've plugged it in but it is not detected within "Network" of system prefs, perhaps I need to create a new location for it?
