manishag 17 Report post Posted November 30, 2007 Dear Friends, I am using the airtel services from more then 2 years but everyday i have faced some problem or other. and I need to call them every 2nd day for resolution of the problem. and few problem are very frequent like charges of hello tunes which appears every month but i haven't activated it. I just want your help that where should i go to get the justice. is there any way so that i can take the legal actions against them. I have already talked to there very senior persons like one of technical head of north zone visited few months back to resolve the speed problem. but problems never ends. like I took the Postpaid No. in my bill they change my surname. when i called them they asked me to visit the ARC channel after the request they corrected it but in next billing my address get changed . please help me out so that I can take the legal actions Thanks in Advance Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Honest 836 Report post Posted November 30, 2007 ^^^ @Manish My dear friend, just tell them that you like to surrender your number. They will ask you, why you want to terminate the line. Then tell them all the problems you are facing. This way your problem get resolved soon. No other way except giving them a threat to surrender the number will work. I have already surrendered few nos like my data card etc. And surrendering my No means i have to surrender all of my corporate nos. initially I was using Reliance and because of service support i shifted to Vodafone and again they gave me so much pain like wrong billing etc so I shifted to Airtel. and now i cannot shift to Idea because in my office it has a poor coverage. also at few of the location in my company offices only Airtel services are available and i am facing lots of problem. thats why i want to go for some legal actions. so tell me where should i go should i go to consumer forum or i should go somewhere else. Through Consumer Forum not only your matter get resolved much earlier but also you could get a compensation from Airtel for harassing you unnecessarily. Try to solve manish's problem. ha ha hee hee, just joking, man. It is not just Airtel - even BSNL/MTNL, Aircel, RCOM, Vodafone, Idea - all have some problems or the other.
