Req. Phone Instrument (bsnl Landline) With Locking

I need to lock my office phone (BSNL LANDLINE) to all calles except LOCAL BSNL (2 Series) & 94 (BSNL MOBILE). Is there any phone instrument model available ???

Use dynamic std lock facility of bsnl or install an epabx system. No other phone afaik is available that can help in your case...I may be wrong...only lg fwp's have this type of facility...you can also try with beetel or bpl for your specific requirements.
