Ramchi 0 Report post Posted December 12, 2007 When you say Skype, are you planning to call Skype contacts over your GPRS Connection, EDGE Connection, WiFi Connection? Is it GSM or CDMA? As far as I know there may be limited number of VoIP enabled CDMA editions. In GSM you have plenty like P1i, E61i etc...Basically, you can trust most of the GSM phones with WiFi will have SIP (VoIP) compatibility and you need to install some custom software based on the OS you have in your mobile phone. copperco2 24 Report post Posted December 14, 2007 i can buy any fancy gizmo for myself but i need to be cautious with the ability of the handset to stay together with all its parts...if i have to let my emp. to work with them. not everyone acts with ownnership of the process and instruments and take care. so i want a rugged one. cost effective too. so if you find it in the indian market then it will be for me... usbgeek.com is a good place to get a variety of handsets...and yes it concentrates only on thinks connected with usb port Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
