Vishal Gupta 4 Report post Posted June 26, 2004 (edited) hi guys i want to know that if i am attaching a file in rediffmail and sending it to my yahoo! mail account then where this file will be stored until i opened the mail will it be stored on rediff because i attached it using rediff account or is it stored on yahoo because i send it to yahoo!. please tell me. and one more thing if it is stored on yahoo! and the size of file is more than the size that yahoo! allows then what happen? please help me. Ashokjp 15 Report post Posted June 26, 2004 Once you send a mail from your rediff account, its starts transferring it to the mail server of yahoo.. If your mail size exceeds the storage limit, the mail is rejected back to the rediff account saying the recipient mailbox quota exceeded. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

MasterMind 0 Report post Posted June 29, 2004 RightTry an emailing software \, like those which allow ANONYMOUS mails.. i use desktop server.. now with this software ur computer is a SMTP server U can send 1GB attachments too.. but all this is limited by the service provider (ISP) and also the receivers email service But for this.. u will need to have a direct ip/static ip naa...????
