Usb Data Card+sony Vaio+windows Vista

i have sony vaio laptop bearing model no:VGNTZ17GN. operating system is windows vista.

i contacted releance people for USB data card.

They came with ZTE USB modem and tried to install in my system.inspite of so many efforts it is not got installed.

can some one help me in this regard?

i tried to reach customer care but am not getting any response.

i would be very thankful if you provide a solution for this.
