What you are taking about is not actual hacking of your number.

When ever you call CLIP info is sent to other service provider to display @ receiver number.

Here they have software using that they can send fake CLIP info is sent to other service provider to display @ receiver number.

Thats it. Its not hacking or cracking. used by some VOIP Provider. Same thing CC and WW guys use when call you for some info or add to display number of there choice on your cell.

he is not taling about ESN / SIM cloning, there are ways to send SMS from web which displays number sender choose to be displayed.
