Honest 836 Report post Posted February 4, 2008 Motorola Unveils MotoYuva Next Motorola has launched the next iteration of its flagship MotoYuva series; the MotoYuva W230. Enhanced with additional features, the MotoYuva W230 promises to be an improvement over its predecessor, the MotoYuva W180. For starters, it has an on-board MP3 player and quick access to music control with dedicated music keys. It comes with up to 2GB expandable memory for storing up to 500 songs. Also unlike the W180, the W230 has the capability to synchronize with Windows Media Player Version 11 and later to enable transfer of MP3 audio files from the computer to the mobile phone. The MotoYuva W230 features integrated stereo FM radio like the MotoYuva W180 but sports added abilities such as recording short FM radio clips in mono for use as the phone's alarm, sharing FM stations via SMS with friends, and transferring music with T-Flash and USB 1.1. The W230 is GPRS-enabled; not so the W180. The new MotoYuva has features such as currency converter, calculator, and calendar with event reminder. The phone weighs-in at 83g, and sports a large 128 x 128 65K display with changeable front plate. It has Hinglish Predictive Text, Indian ring tones, and wallpapers, among others. Integrated CrystalTalk technology enables users enjoy clear sound even in noisy environments. Other features of the MotoYuva W230 include user friendly messaging technology, up to 550 minutes talk time and 450 hours standby time, and phone book memory for storing up to 500 names and 500 SMS. My dear friends, in all, I think that this handset is reasonably priced with so much of features like MP3, FM & GPRS and a good battery life. Regards.
