quakerdoomer 0 Report post Posted February 14, 2008 Hello all, I bought a Sprint (locked) HTC Harrier (Audiovox PPC 6600) NEW from EBAY. I managed to get the SPC and can reach the window to change the Master Subsidiary Lock (MSL Settings). I can change the NAM settings BUT I cannot see any area to change the Pri Ch A B and Sec Ch A B settings I have uploaded the TATA PRL File. *228 asks for the 14 digit code as well I got an Insta Card and tried to transfer my number twice from my RUIM Card to this one which has no RUIM Slot (But has shape of the slot). It failed on both Insta Cards. It says "Sorry Your Phone cannot be programmed) This HTC had a number pre-programmed from Sprint I have now reset it but still 0029 remains in the Phone Number tag. Can you also tell me whether SPC is changeable from the phone itself ? Can other CDMA Software's help me change SPC ? I needed a female end so that I can extend that cale to the original Audiovox USB cable I have. I think I'll cut two normal USB extensions and solder the female to female to solve my purpose. So the final output is : COMPUTER SERIAL<==>USB MALE <-> USB FEMALE(BOTH SIDES) <-->USB MALE<==>PHONE I hope it works !!!! Are there any direct Audiovox 6600 to Computer Serial cables ? P.S. kshah 452 Report post Posted February 16, 2008 Also though you do not prefer to change hardware, that seems to be the only way at this moment because spending on obsolete phones data cable / wasting time on it, it has small jumper (hardware modifications) and softwre modifications too. As far as I know, 6600 is hard nut to crack. But again, I have not done any thing myself on 6600 as I imported few pieces and sold off. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
