Can Imported Cdma Sets Be Unlocked To Be Used For Reliance Connection

Hello

I am a newbie and I have found this site to be a really good one. I want to find out whether

1. Whether an imported CDMA set can be unlocked here either by reliance or by some other people for use as a reliance handset.

2. If yes how do i go about it.

3. Should the set be RUIM enabled or any set without RUIM card can also be unlocked.

If any member has any knowledge regarding the same let me know.
