I'm not sure about its availability in other service areas. 2850 Minutes offer -- 475 mins/month for 6 months for subscribers opting for time based tariff plan. Customers opting for Volume based tariff plans would get 175 MB/month for 6 months. Customer can choose any data plan to avail offer. Offer valid till 29th Feb, 2008. I felt this offer is astounding. Anyways, their will be many taker for this TATA scheme also. Regards. BSNL doesn't have seamless roaming for the whole nation for data connection. I was a user of EDGE enabled internet connectivity on my BSNL GSM postpaid with unlimited internet (Eastern region) but setting up of the configuration could not be done when I was in Hyderabad. And it is totally impossible to access data when one roam into MTNL networks of Mumbai or Delhi. This is ridiculous. People find no difficulty in voice roaming, hence no one is pointing out.
