KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted February 28, 2008 ^^^ In addition to the above info, readers please note that Aircel allows you to use only one RC card. You cannot use two RCcards to reduce your call charges and SMS charges simultaneously. This way, I think RCOM is far better off. Aircel also insists on rs 100 compulsory recharge every six months. whereas RCOM insists on Rs 200 TT (effectively Rs 230 recharge) You can use super Etopup RCOM vouchers to get full TT Rs 55 Etopuo gets you Rs 55 TT, Rs 201 gets you Rs 201, Rs 301 gets you Rs 333 plus 30 local SMS free and Rs 501 gets you Rs 555 TT. You can also use SMS voucher of Rs 30 (500 local SMS free) in RCOM in addition to the Jadoo RC of 33 or 49. Plus you can use calling cards to reduce your STD rates. All in all RCOM is way ahead of Aircel. Lastly, network congestion was most horrible in Aircel sometime back, the current position I don't know.
