When I use C.D. provided earlier with Data Cable / LG RD5340, it is not installing on computer having O.S. WINDOWS VISTA. However I am using this on Windows 98 with out any problem. Honest 836 Report post Posted March 9, 2008 ^^^ @praveen My dear friend, try installing the same software in compatible mode of WINDOWS XP SP2. And also select the RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR option. Your problem must be sorted out by this. You can find the compatibility mode in the properties of executable file of the software. Regards.

Honest 836 Report post Posted March 10, 2008 (edited) ^^^ @Praveen Jaiman My dear friend, I know that you are having Windows Vista and I too am using Windows Vista. Actually you didn't understand what I want to tell you. Just see. When you select the setup file from the CD to install the software for LG RD5340. Just right click the setup file and select properties from their. In properties you will see the compatibility mode. Just select to install the sotware in compatibility mode of WINDOWS XP SP2. And your problem might be solved. Their are no Vista drivers available from Reliance for this phone right now. So we have to install the driver in compatibility mode of windows xp sp2 and use it. Regards. Edited March 10, 2008 by Honest
