My dear Amit, as of today their is no way to make your TATA F3c works with Reliance. May be in the near future their will be a chance.

thanks for the reply actually i googled a little bit i found softwares to flash it with a new unlocked software ..the problem is that i dont have a cable and i am unaware of the pin out details
