vlp 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2004 I got a RD7230 phone, but the CD that came with the phone is bent, so I cannot use it on my drive (get I/O device error on Windows 2000). Contacted WebWorld, and LG Service center, but they dont have the CD or the files with them for this phone. Also not there at www.lgmobiles.com. I got the R-Connect software from www.relianceinfo.com, but they dont have the PC-Sync software for this model. Does anyone know a place where I can download this software? Or can someone upload this on the net somewhere, and send the link to this forum? It is a lot of data - I guess several MB....but hopefully someone out there has a fast connection and can help me with this! Thanks, VLP Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Mahidhar 3 Report post Posted July 12, 2004 hey the simplest thing to do would be to go to another WW located nearby ... or you could even write an email to the chairman's office telling them that you got a defective CD and that you would like something to be done about it ... ppl from reliance will get back to you within 24 hours ... trust me ... they're very prompt when u write to the chairman just follow this link ... Code 0 Report post Posted July 12, 2004 I remember a WW person warning/threatening me that the data cable kit comes with absolutely no warranty even that it fits the phone leave alone working or not. I asked if by chance it is defective what to do? He said - only option is to buy a new one.
