Programming Language Used To Trace A Mobile Phone Call

Guys today as I was seeing Fida movie of Fardeen shahid and kareena kappor. In that there is a scene he uses some kinda programming language to trace the mobile contact number's address who had called him while speaking to him on the phone. I don know which programming language he used. But i am sure there must be any programmer here who must be knowing about it and still must be using it. So Guys can you let me know if its possible. And if yes what's the programming language. Can any one explain in details about how to use it?

I dont think its real, but this must be happening in real world. Otherwise y would they have shown in movies. Now adays they are showing in news that teleportation is possible in world . So y not this.
