kshah 452 Report post Posted April 6, 2008 PPC has very little chances of virus infections if you download only headers in e mail. Also it slows down PPC a lot. BEst way is to scan your system every time after to browse (if you are too scared) else once fortnight may be sufficient. I used PPCs for 3 years but never had any virus problem. sunny1974 1 Report post Posted April 6, 2008 using ppc 6700 for a year now.. no virus problem yet... besides ull be upgrading ur rom ever 2-3 months at an average so ull eventually delete any virus which u might get.. but i think i havnt heard anyone on any forum report any virus before..iv been reading these forums for more than a year now... if there was sumone wud have surely mentioned it. so enjoy it without fear..
