Dj 25 Report post Posted April 6, 2008 These instruments being sold AFAIK, are new and with original esn which are good... but not good to go as they belong to other networks hence wont work on reliance or tata unless tweaked... or are with ruim where the above gets annulled... kshah 452 Report post Posted April 6, 2008 If u are Indian buyer, all ESN are bad for you coz no ESN will be activated. BAD ESN are secific to service providers, they blacklist ESN becozsome one has violated terms of contract / reported lost handset / permanently damaged handset etc. Legally you are not suppose to buy stolen stuff. If you have communicated with seller that you do not want to buy stolen stuff a nd if he has clarified that it is not stolen than you are free from your liabilities. Saurav 22 Report post Posted April 6, 2008 (edited) I think it will be better to spend more and be SAFE. In addition it will provide you warranty & customer care support. So I think it will be better to opt for HTC S720 Edited April 6, 2008 by Saurav
