I have followed all the steps as in the dummy guide and have installed the Roms which Hetal has posted. Techies pl help as i want to see my HTC alive. @v@nit 3 Report post Posted July 2, 2008 (edited) In Hetal's G ROM there was following procedure to connect to QPST. Go to Start -> Programs -> Advance Settings -> DMRouter in your PPC Then connect PPC with PC and then connect with QPST. vishalsheth 19 Report post Posted July 2, 2008 (edited) I'm getting International. Also I cannot put the phone into diag mode for QPST. It goes to diag mode but the numbers don't move. Some icons are missing. I can make and recieve calls. Also on connecting to pc it asks for what type of connection need to be used. You have to soft reset the phone immediately after the sprint main rom loads and just before the EXTRom starts to load. Try hard reset and load again. Load Hetals rom and load reliance.prl in QPST again, pls note again... It will try and connect to net if you click the weather icon or something that needs to be updated. Use wi-fi or net connect to load weather update once, disconnect and then dont click weather icon frequently. @vijay - what is your experience of this rom? Hi Dhiraj, International Roaming is coming, even if you have notlet the Sprint EXTROM to load. It seems SPRINT PRL getting loaded along with New Radio 3.42 which came in this ROM. I didn't even go through the initial cutomisation for the sprint rom. I guess if sprint rom is only for radio rom then we should try and get the radio rom only to load. It still show international roaming. It's working fine. I can make and recieve calls. no problems there. I don't know if it would be international charges. USB for Older Active Sync Protocol over Virtual Serial Port - More Stable 3.
