It is instead seen as a modem in device manager. connect ur phone to pc diag mode, then goto search for new hardware. u'll see htc usb in mobile. if not then perform search. delete the item and let it scan for hardware change. this should do it. And it needs to be sorted out completely before we can start using this ROM fully. As per my last discussion with hetal a week back, he told me he would try and resolve it ASAP. I suggest in the meanwhile you can switch to the original Sprint 3.56ROM with reliance customisations, as already discussed elsewhere. @hetal Pls resolve this issue dear friend. jabir 5 Report post Posted July 28, 2008 I got a new problem with the hetals latest rom already ringer problem is there. Now it is got an sms problem. From now on i cant send or recieve sms. Whe n i send an sms it forwards to outbox (and keep there not sending). Also no reception of sms. I cant switch between threaded sms activate deactivate option please help me someone. Kindly try this registry change and let us know:- [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Security\Policies\Policies] "1007"=dword:00000028 Please Edit the Value and then try to change the Theme and Ringtone Also Hetal is coming with 20270 Super Clean and loaded version on this Weekend most probably Sunday. Still i cant switch between silent vibrate ring modes. Cant change ringtones. Cant send and recieve sms. I can change ringtone can swithc between vibrate ring modes also send sms. I dont know much about this. I cooked it based on the new Mogul-20270. Also i am waiting for hetals new rom based on this. Greatest 55 Report post Posted August 8, 2008 Can someone clarify, "CLean ROM', means it is not a huge loaded one, which might slow down the system?? and i already have the HardSPL Olipro, and Sprint original 3.56 radio 3.42 installed... can I directly install this 'clean' rom, by just doule-clicking it, after connecting it through activesync? or should i have to do the whole process again?? thanks Also @dhiraj, if you could provide me reviews on the new clean rom, I would be grateful..!!
