Motorola C131 'factory Test"

in a motorola c131 , i have got a problem , it shows "factory test" on the screen and we cannot dial any number and also cant receive any calls , but we can call the helpline number...

please help me what is the problem

is there any cheat codes ?

did U fiddle withthe phone? bitpim etc?

Anyway U can go the service center and get it sorted out.

If within warranty U R lucky else Insurance is to claim if U r in prepaid.

it is on prepaid , and i think it is on warantee because i have only taken that set for 3 months/

Find out the nearest Motorola service center from Reliance Helpline (Dial *333) and go there to get it repaired for free

I dont think warranty would cause much trouble..

Anyway try get help from Service Centre soon
