Vodafone Essar launches two new schemes

MUMBAI: Cellular service provider, Vodafone Essar, today launched two new schemes, Filmi Connection and Filmi Recharge, for both its new post and pre-paid subscribers and for its existing pre-paid ones.

Under the scheme, subscribers will be given a free DVD of Shahrukh Khan-starrer 'Om Shanti Om' along with their new connections as well as on a recharge coupon of Rs 1,001 and Rs 531, a company release announced here today.

In the Filmi Recharge scheme, a subscriber would get talktime worth Rs 890 and Rs 460 respectively with zero validity, the release said.

"Filmy Recharge is a fun promotion that will bring the magic of Bollywood to the homes of our customers," Harit Nagpal, Director, Marketing and New Business, said.

Just to add in the above post my dear friends.

Vodafone also launched a new starter pack for Prepaid connections in Mumbai. This starter pack comes at a price of Rs.149/- including Sim charges. The best thing in this is 1 year incoming is free with this starter pack. Not only this, but also subscriber will get a VCD of OM SHANTI OM, free of cost with it.

And thats not the last. If a subscriber takes this pack and topup their account with a minimum of Rs.100/- for continous 6 months, the subscriber will get 100 minutes of calls to Vodafone 2 Vodafone free every month additionally apart of Rs.85/- which they get from the topup of Rs.100/-.
