Plz Help Me To Connect Lg 3000 With Bitpim

i unable to connect i have serial cable i configure many time ie Setting is like port com1 and phone>other cdma phone

In bitpim - the latest version just say auto for port and "Other CDMA Phone" thats it

Do one more thing, if possible, plz provide ur PC configuration and image of the serial cable u r using. And plz also mention from where u bought it?
