It installs a Standard 19200 bps modem. and it adds a line of AT commands in its "Extra Settings": AT+CRM=1;$LGPKT=3 can anyone tell what it means? and what its use? if i remove this line, the phone doesnt connect. Code 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2004 I really duno what exactly it does - But it is the modem initialization string - tell the modem to go to data mode and some packet setting to 3 something. unwantedmails 0 Report post Posted July 29, 2004 AT+CRM=1 Local Interface Protocol - Sets the protocol for the Local (DCE-DTE) Interface. 1 = Packet Data Service, Relay Layer Interface AT$LGPKT=3 is Undocumented/Vendor Specific - I Guess it also means to switch to Packet Data Mode for Internet.
