Honest 836 Report post Posted May 25, 2008 My dear friends Reliance has recently launched a new referal scheme under the name "BENEFITS FROM FRIENDS". Under this referal scheme an existing Postpaid Reliance Customer can refer to a maximum of 5 friends. And if the refered person takes any postpaid plan on Reliance Mobile / Reliance Hello, then the existing customer who had reffered the new customer will get Rs.300/- of talktime free. This way if all the 5 references took the postpaid plans of Reliance Mobile / Reliance Hello than the existing customer will get Rs.300/- x 5 = Rs.1500/- talktime free. Honest 836 Report post Posted May 25, 2008 Terms and Conditions • The scheme is open to valid and active Reliance Mobile or/and Hello Post Paid CDMA Network subscribers, starting from 15th of May 2008 to 31st of July 2008 • You can refer any person who is citizen of India, above 18 years of age for purchase of new Reliance Mobile or/and Hello Post Paid connection by filling up the referral form. • The referral form has to have the following information of both the parties (one who is referring and one who is referred) : Name, State, City Name, Contact Number, Mobile/Landline no. and the email address wherever possible. • You can give us references in three ways : a. Fill in the Bill Insert which you might have received along with your Mobile Bill and send it to the address provided. b. Fill the online form available in our website www.rcom.co.in c. Ask the person you are referring to Walk in to our Reliance Communication showrooms and provide the reference to our staff along with your details. • Your Reliance Mobile or/and Hello Number is your reference code by default. • Please mention your code in the place provided in all the forms and in all future communications which will help us to give you requisite credit for the reference submitted • You can refer maximum 5 numbers of references, residing anywhere in India within Reliance network. • If the person who you have recommended buys our Post Paid Mobile or/and connection, you will get Rs.300 Local Onnet talktime spread over 6 months (Rs.50 per month for 6 months) and the referee will get Rs.150 Local Onnet talktime spread over 3 months (Rs50 per month for 3 months). • If you successfully recommend more than 1 new customer, the credit will be increased proportionately. For example, if you refer 2 people and they both buy Reliance Postpaid Connection, you will get Local Onnet talktime discount worth Rs.300 spread over 6 months (Rs50 per month for 6 months) and once these six months are over, you will again get Rs.300 spread over 6 months (Rs50 per month for 6 months). • Unused talktime per month will lapse if not used within the same month & cannot be carried forward next month. • You will receive free talk time only if the reference given by you buys our Post Paid Reliance Mobile or/and Hello connection. • For Mobile Customers Local Onnet talktime means your calls to Local Reliance Mobiles within your circle will be discounted & will reflect in your Post Paid Mobile bill as discount. • For Hello Customers Local Onnet talktime means your calls to Local Reliance phones (both Mobile & Hello) within your circle will be discounted & will reflect in your Post Paid Hello bill as discount. • For references given between 1st day and the last day of the month, the talktime credit will be given on 10th of the next month and it will reflect in the bill generated after 10th. • The scheme shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent court/s at Mumbai alone. • Please ensure that all the referrals so provided are complete and valid in all respects. In case any information is incomplete/details are not valid, the leads so referred will not be taken into consideration for the purpose of giving talktime credit. • Filling the original and photocopies of the scheme forms and sending it to Reliance Communications Ltd. Implies accepting the terms and conditions of the scheme either directly or indirectly through authorised representatives. • In case of any disputes or differences in respect of the scheme, the decision of Reliance Communications Ltd. will be final and binding on all concerned. • The scheme is subject to force and majeure circumstances i.e. act of god or any circular, notification, act, regulation or ordinance of statutory authorities or any circumstances beyond a reasonable control of Reliance Communications Ltd. • The terms and conditions stated herein shall not override the terms and conditions of the subscriber enrolment form./customer acquisition form • Reliance Communications Ltd reserves the right to change/modify the terms and conditions and/or the criteria of the scheme at any given point of time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason • A successful reference is only after verification, proper documentation and activation. • Employees & relatives of employees of Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani are not eligible for this scheme.
