dkaile 1,051 Report post Posted July 3, 2008 Since few days I am feeling that the speed at which RIMweb used to load is slowing down. Is anybody else feeling this too? Arun 795 Report post Posted July 3, 2008 Please send a trace route result to me as PM whenever you experience slowness. Please find the steps below for getting a traceroute result: For Windows: Open Command Prompt window (Start > Run > type: cmd) type: tracert www.rimweb.in -d Press Enter and wait until it shows "Trace Complete." To copy the result from Command Prompt window, right click on the window, select "Mark", drag the mouse over the text and press Enter. Then paste it to your PM Compose window.
