varun_arya 0 Report post Posted July 15, 2008 Hi all, I am a DAPO user and i have bulk sms and browsing requirements. i have some doubts about p3000 before i buy it. pls help 1) do we need Rconnect to browse on HTC P3000 (cause then my free Rworld as DAPO is waste) 2) can someone check if a website like www.viaworld.in loads on HTC P3000 (i am a subagent so i need to use this a lot) It would be really appreciated if someone could confirm these two things as there is no demo set available for the same. Arun 795 Report post Posted July 15, 2008 To answer your second question, I just checked www.viaworld.in using Opera Mobile 9.5 browser and it loaded fine and I was also able to do a airline search. I tried it on a HTC Mogul 6800, which runs on Windows Mobile like the HTC P3000. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
dkaile 1,051 Report post Posted July 15, 2008 @varun VIA website is loading just fine on my HTC 6800 Mogul via W-Fi, so I see no problems why it will not load through Rel NetConnect or Rel MobileWorld. PLS NOTE that Rworld is NOT FREE NOT FREE NOT FREE to browse outside sites even on DAPO as per changes incorporated wef 09th July in Reliance. Yes, You can browse Net (if you can now afford the charges-read separate topic going on for that) both through Rconnect and Rworld. I advise you not to go for P3000, You should go for the more better equipped HTC Mogul 6800 through Sadik on this forum (search topic). Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
