I checked SAMSUNG website and see there is no price mentioned for B&W sets while all other colored sets have their prices mentioned. So, is it true they stopped creating B&W mobile handsets ? KumaarShah 143 Report post Posted July 21, 2008 ^^^ According to CC, b&w handsets also are still available but they are expensive than RD3000 and are sold at around Rs 1600 odd. The models are LG 2690, 2650 etc. (not too sure) The b&w models are more sturdier than the colour ones, hence the cost is more. However the features are better in the colour models, IMHO. Nearly everyone who has one of these Classics, is always in trouble . Can you name some specific quality models (of any brand). Regarding durability and good battery backup I found only one: LG RD3600, RD3000 has mic problems.
