Non-responsive Rim Management & Unresolved Technical Issue From Past 2 Months

Problem description: Mobile signal issue reported to Reliance stands unresolved even after 45-50 days!

It's been over 45-50 days that I've filed a technical complaint against Reliance (regarding signal issue in my residential area)

But believe me, NO one at Reliance have bothered to actually resolve this issue.

Instead they have ridiculously sent 4-5 so called 'resolution mails' indicating that problem is resolved.

And guess what? Even before sending such mails, no one from reliance bothers to call me to check if the issue is actually resolved or not.

Note: I haven't held back on any bill payments from my part. And it's sad !!!

BTW- almost on all my emails , I had marked a copy to Nodal officer, Higher management - but it seems they hardly care!

Repercussions : Massive mental torture due to pointless follow ups, throat ache, waste of time, energy & money:

* I've gone through tremendous mental torture as I've been continuously following up with RIM with zero success.

* From past 45-50 days, as i have to do countless follow ups, it's very clear that I've wasted my time and energy on reliance

* As there are virtually no signals in my residential area - my throat literally gets scraped while attempting to make reliance phone calls.

* Moreover - almost all my calls made from Reliance phone gets disconnected due to weak signals. I'm literally wasting money over Reliance

Expected Action From Reliance: Apology email from RIM Mgmt, Issue resolution with confirmation & Monetary compensation:

* Reliance communications management to send an apology email to me for all this trouble I've gone through with their customer care!

* Immediate resolution (& confirmation) of the outstanding technical issue (of weak mobile signals) - either by installing a booster or re-orienting their tower!

* Monetary Compensation by RIM to me for all the mental trauma

Reliance needs to be taught a lesson for such a pathetic service.

(I have all the relevant emails with me) Please help me fight this battle - Whoever can. Thanks in advance.

My dear friend, we can understand your problem. You had waited for a long time for your problem to be resolved by Reliance. But Reliance doesn't bother even to give you the resolution.

In my opinion you shold file a case in consumer court for the same. We all are with you. Go ahead.
