Poor Idea Network In Some Parts Of South Delhi?

Idea network has gone very bad in the part of S.Del where I put up.The signals keep on fluctuating continuously while making or receiving calls. There are more than normal cases of call drops due to poor network as a result of this.I wrote to Idea callular and someone called back and admitted there is some major issue with their netowork in certain parts of Delhi.A chance conversation with Idea's local distributor here confirmed the same.

Has any one using Idea also faced similar problems related to the network issue?

One of da places in delhi where i knw there is big time problem wid IDEA network is Mayur Vihar..

sumtyms i receive smses afta 1-2 hrs..n sumtyms i dun even get..

and also calls keeps on droppin..

I had a similar issue with Idea here in Poona... for a short time. But after complaining to their appeallete authority, they sorted the issue out in 3 days.

Try writing to their Nodal office 1st... and then the Appellete authority.

Yes, Raccoon is absolutely correct. First of all you should right to the Nodal office of Idea, and if you are not satisfied with the nodal officers response then after one month you can contact the appeallete authority. After approaching Nodal Officer, their should be one month gap to approach the Appeallete Authority as per the company rules.

Well, if it exists, I havent followed that rule. In any case, they always sorted out my problems anyway...

Besides, 1 month is way too long to wait when you are facing serious network problems!

Then you are lucky enough my dear Raccoon because as per the law if the problem not been solved by Nodal Officer within one month's time frame, then only Appeallete Authority intervene.
