Honest 836 Report post Posted August 5, 2008 Aircel rolls out new offers Courtesy : Business Standard Telecom service provider Aircel has introduced STD calls at 50 paisa on Aircel-to-Aircel across eastern India covering states of Bihar, West Bengal, Assam, Kolkata, North East and Orissa.
