Lg Vx9800, Vx 1000, Lg Choclate Cdma On Reliance - Experts Advise...

Hi Guys,

do the Lg VX 9800, VX 1000 and LG choclate cdma phones can be programmed to work on Reliance ?

these phones have MEID instead of ESN (other wise lg phones are simple to program and i did the same for my phones in INDIA).

are the meid phones programmable to work On Reliance or Tata ?

i plan to get some for my friend in INDIA which i would be getting for very less prices .
