Where Is The Phonebook Copy Option In Samsung Max ?

Was helping my friend buy this new handset but couldn't spot this simple function..

well there is no such option as far as i know, well u can either save the number in phone or in RUIM u cant cop just ADD

you are worng...you can do it ...go to search option and then bring the cursor to any name and then go to the option.. you find copy, move and many more..go to copy and tick mark the names you want to copy and then press ok

Is this also with Samsung 2On ?

All CDMA RUIM enabled sets have a pretty simple copy option including the 3000 series.

Why is Samsung acting like Gmail? Gmail lacks basic functions like no sorting options in the webmail.

Guys, wanted to share one more thing..

My friend had a Micro SD Card previously being used with Spice D88n with a Back up of 850 Phonebook contacts.

He bought a Samsung Max as he was fed up with Spice problems. Another mistake without thinking twice !

Anyways, we inserted the Micro SD card trying to see if we can copy the contacts to the Max.

To our surprise, when we went to Content Box, External Memory options, we could see the entire list of 850 contacts but had no clue what to do with it as there were no copy/move options to phone memory. (Although phone has only 500 contacts).

Has anybody tried this or got a solution?
