The Other Day i was surfing on the net when i recieved a message on my cell.

"Dear Reliance Customer as requested by you Your callertune service will get de activated soon to subscribe again........"

n then "Your Callertune service is de-activated dial 12345 in future if you wish to activate"

I had about 8 different callertunes....

[1 rs x 5 and 3 x 15 rs] and some had jus renewed 2 days back....

when i called customer care they say "Sir you must have asked 2 de-activate we dont do it ourselves" "U had requested from your mobile at 6:25pm so it got deactivated at 6:30 and u recd message "

I Tried explaining that i dint do it my mobile battery was low so i had switched it off and re started only after 6:45 when somebody told me to...

they say "if it had been a internet request we could have helped u but u yourself have done it sir so we cant do anything..."

man dis is creepy same thing happens 2 my friend and it gets activated after 3 months with same callertunes he had then....

Yes this is the known way by Reliance Mobile.

Imagine 5 * 5millions deactivation and activation.

2.5 Crores in their pocket.
