Error In Programing My Lg 6130 With New Number

Hi All

I have an LG 6130 handset which I was using 1 yr ago.

I purchased this handset some days ago 2nd hand from a vendor and put my number in it using RSN in reliance system

After that I changed my phone and kept this phone in cupboard for sometime.

I took it out yesterday as I want to put a new number in this phone.

Now when I programed this number with 99Rs GSK it doesnt worked

So the reliance representative asked me to get the RSN of this phone.

My Q

Can any one tell me is there any other code by which I can get the RSN of my LG phone ?
