@ksh@T 20 Report post Posted September 26, 2008 The new phone appears to be similar to the current C902 Cybershot with updated software (Java Platform 8.4, also on their much anticipated, much delayed 8MP C905). The mid-range phone is expected to have the following specs: 5 megapixel Camera with Xenon Flash, Auto Focus, and Smile Shutter No front camera for video calling Switch button between Still & Video as well as a button to access gallery of images you just taken No GPS EDGE/UMTS/HSDPA (at least) Sony Ericsson’s Java Platform 8.4 A bit thicker than C902 Light Sensor Switch button between Still & Video as well as a button to access gallery of images you just taken ‘Smile Shutter’ but lack of ‘Smart Contrast’ (I don’t know if this subject to change) We may see this phone announced sometime in October and released by the end of the year (we wont hold our breath) for about €300 ($450).
