Honest 836 Report post Posted April 30, 2009 ^^^ My dear Nandini, you have to Remove / Uninstall the Modem first. Go to CONTROL PANEL --->PHONE AND MODEM ---> MODEM-----> here select your modem and Click at REMOVE. Restart your computer and then try to Reinstall Rconnect Dialer. I hope it will work. Regards.
