Anupe 14 Report post Posted September 28, 2008 As of this afternoon, I have noticed that I am unable to browse any websites on the phone using Rel MobileWorld connection. Only RWorld page is accessible. There seems to be no such issue with web browsing when Rel NetConnect is used though. Seems like Reliance is upto to their tricks once more and have blocked out browsing of third party sites when we use MobileWorld settings. I request all RIMWeb members who browse third party websites from the phones using MobileWorld settings to please check out my findings and report on this thread. Thanks. They are trying to circumnavigate the TRAI issue by not increasing rates but have instead blocked ALL OUTSIDE SITES. But this could be a precursor signal of impending coming of EVDO... Please ... I think Reliancewala's read this forum and Anupe's post and blocked all of us... JUST JOKING.... Lets hope, its a temp issue... HetalDP 947 Report post Posted September 29, 2008 This is may be Temporary Problem. May be the wapgw WAP Gateway which we use as Proxy may have Hanged or may lost the Internet Bandwidth.
