I wanted to know if it is possible to upgrade it from Windows Mobile 6.0 to Windows Mobile 6.1 with the 3D interface... You can have Touchflo 2D withouth upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Mufaddal 678 Report post Posted November 8, 2008 you can update to 6.1 ..which is more stable but u cant get thf3d.......as it is touch 3d is graphc intense and htc touch and mogul are not equipped unlike diamond to handle intense graphics........... also y do u want thfl3d.....its no good..having tried a diamond i can tell you that basic interface of windows mobile is a bit faster than touch 3d which lags quite often at times..... sougatadc 358 Report post Posted November 9, 2008 I have upgraded to the latest ROM from HTC Touch site. Everything is working fine, except my wap on Tata network cannot get connected. Internet modem is working but when I try to connect through wap, it is giving error message that the username and password are incorrect (I have used username and password as 'wapuser' as earlier before upgrading). Actually the password is not getting saved which is making the problem. Can anyone help on this? Will editing any DWORD in registry will remove the problem? Please help. Proxy Server IP = 172.23.252.15 Proxy Server Port = 9401 Actually, the password 'wapuser' is not getting saved. Hence, it is giving error message 'username and password' are wrong.
