I called up no that number and was told the launch date is indeed 15 dec all india or atleast major cities. Others may check in their circles from any phone to this toll free number and report here. No news about any tariffs or any other packs. All suspense will be revealed on 15 dec. ipkonfig 10 Report post Posted January 2, 2009 Its listed as INA 80 on all my GSM handsets, apart from N6030 which lists it as INA 809. Maybe firmware revisions are giving way to different nomenclature in different handsets. Offtopic : Have u noticed the INA 20 test signal which takes a peek randomly in Trivandrum? Tata gsm has got spectrum in few circles while aircel has got spectrum on pan india basis and is in the process of launching in various states. It launched it's service in Kolkata few months back. savramesh 37 Report post Posted January 11, 2009 (edited) In trivandrum, kerala, the gsm network name is showing as "IDEA Reliance" when i entered trivandrum it was showing 405 11, later it was showed "IDEA Reliance" !!!! also in my handset preferred networks are showing as 405 01, 405 05, 405 06, 405 07, 405 09, 405 10, 405 11, 405 13, 405 15, 405 18, 405 19, 405 20, 405 21, 405 22, 404 09, 404 36, 404 18, 404 83, 404 67, 404 50, 404 52, 404 85 my home network in nagercoil, tamilnadu is 405 20 Edited January 11, 2009 by savramesh Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
