Nokia's Eco-team has designed a new concept phone that fits well into a wooden body. Nokia's eco-concept wooden phone features 8 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, speakers and sports Symbian Series 60 OS. The new phone looks achievable. If it turns into reality then it would be quite an eco-friendly initiative from Nokia. No elements would be released in the environment when the phone gets decomposed or junked. The best part is that being wooden by nature the speakers might give better output. So, wood would be any day better than the toxic plastic elements. This is way better than its earlier concept phone, Nokia Aeon. Mufaddal 678 Report post Posted October 16, 2008 though this phone may never make it to the consumer market ....but one point to note in this concept phone is the nokia put up a 8mp camera ........it shows nokia has a lot of prototypes now ( nseies may b eseries and others ) with 8mp modules .....also this prototype envisions their future plans of having 8mp cameras in a lot of devices and looking at the past history they had one of the best 5mp mobile phone in the market for a very long time and it wont b long eneough that v will have a best 8mp cameraphone in market very soon (may b by this years end according to my sources)......watch out SEc905 and samsung innov8 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
