Help Needed! File System Not Displayed In Samsung Max

I have samsung max handset with USB data cable.

When I launch Bitpim / QPST, the applications detects the phone ( @ COM4) and in fact, with QPST & SPC "000000", I am able to read the phone data as well.

However, I can not see anything in EFS explorer / file system explorer thru both applications.

I need to access these files so as to twick the openwave browser if possible & make this browser work with Reliance connection.

Pl help.
