( To know available in minits out of this 30 minits, you have to press *226 & call button. KanishkGandharv 46 Report post Posted January 28, 2012 I have been using oxygen online services(oximall.com) from a quite long time and haven't faced much problems, there are some transaction timeouts which gets resolved automatically and deducted balance will be transferred to your main account. IMO you need to get this account by depositing one time security fees, you will get all the benefits(discounts on transferred amount) like regular other oxygen dealers get. hiteshkkk1 327 Report post Posted July 9, 2013 Rcom prepaid billing is pathetic... My experience.. 1. Recharged with 249 in Mah circle... Benefit : 1500 R2R & 500 R2O mins. Tho it says mins, deduction is in seconds. I have checked it on insta care app. Update is realtime. Worst part is, calls to reliance nos ported from other operators is be deducted under R2O & not R2R & calls to Reliance nos. series is deducted under R2R & not R2O even if that no. is ported out to idea. 2. Recharged with 197 in Mah circle. Site says benefit of 600 mins for 28 days. Confirmation received for 900 mins. Deduction is in mins. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

And these keep changing pretty regularly. Now the Reliance website (plans and packs) is not updated to reflect the most current valid denominations and their benefits, myservices only list few of them (I am sure it does not list all available denominations valid for that number), customer care as usual has limited info, the IVR option at *333 to get the denomination benefit is very limited and too buggy. So the big question is how & where to find the list of all currently valid recharge denominations with their benefits available for my number? Is this information available consolidated somewhere? Everytime I think of recharging my mobile I miss such a consolidated clear list! Am I alone or others also find themselves in same situation? Tushar Gupta 13 Report post Posted February 5, 2014 For me also the same thing happened i recharged for Rs 225 before diwali, they said the offer is not their for my phone, till not i am chasing them and have not got a refund. Have called and complained to customer care, sent numerous emails to nodal office, customer care, also went to web world once. Any suggestion what i can do here to get the refund.Everytime they say it will happen in 48 hours but i am not getting it back and its nearly 45 days now.
